So apparently Christmas with a one year old means actually being able to be totally, completely, and 100% OFFLINE for an entire week. OK, I checked in once or twice and of course there's that pesky blackberry in my pocket at all times but for the most part I had a laptop free lap for the entire week, and am still alive to talk (er, type...) about it. The week was packed full of family visits: 3 great grandmas, 1 great grandpa, 3 grandmas, 3 grandpas, loads of uncles, aunts, and extra loads of cousins. Quite a week, quite a child, and quite a smile!

Haha! I was wondering what happened-it seemed unlike you to not be in touch with the web.
Andrew and I were JUST discussing last night the whole American culture and being "plugged in" at all times. I'm going to be honest-I'd be lost without my Blackberry.
He was telling me that President Obama will have to give up his Blackberry once he takes office because email is public domain and presidents cannot use email. I guess even Obama was having issues with that!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Ash's hair is getting so full and long! I love the curls. What a cutie-patootie.
We don't have a home phone, so our cells are our window into the world. I have a Treo instead of a crackberry, but same thing really.
I have the laptop in the living room now so I hit to refresh button on my email constantly ... its so addictive. I feel like I HAVE to know what my online friends are doing or I'll just die. Good to hear the MacGregors had a wonderful holiday. Happy New Year!
Hear hear on the offline thing. It felt really good but getting caught up is a drag. That boy of yours is super-cute in those photos and I'm so bummed we couldn't hook up. Happy New Year.
